Join me for another Soul Series workshop, an in-person series designed to help you gain deeper self-understanding and a clearer connection to your life’s purpose.
In this interactive and reflective session, we will dive into the concept of the Pain Body and explore the unique obstacles to your intuition. Eckhart Tolle coined the term “Pain Body” and defines it as “the accumulation of old emotional pain a person carries throughout their life.” By understanding our pain bodies, we can discern between anxiety and intuition and make choices guided by wisdom rather than outdated habits.
Through guided journaling prompts, group dialogue, and thoughtful facilitation, we’ll uncover the blocks to hearing, sensing, and seeing your intuitive guidance.
This workshop is for anyone who desires to shift into a more easeful way of making decisions and living aligned with what is genuinely best for them. Together, we will explore your unique path with compassion and support. The intention is for participants to leave feeling more connected to themselves and with a more profound sense of how to guide their lives more seamlessly.
