Everyone needs spaces for their soul to rest and heal. Once a month, we will come together to do just that. We will go wherever the group desires. Think of this space as therapy, support, soul guidance, and more. Drop in one time or come every month. Allow your soul to guide you when you need it.
The group will run the last Thursday of each month throughout 2026.

Patterns are ways of thinking, behaving, and relating to others that are consistent and particular to you. Apply revolutionary psychological theory, energy healing concepts, spiritual wisdom teachings, and brain science to recognize patterns and then reshape your life.

Understand and heal unhealthy patterns to strengthen your healing path and restore your momentum.
Explore concepts of inner resistance, self-love, accountability, and integrity. Receive new journaling prompts in each class that facilitate space to share and deepen your understanding of yourself and others as you:
Recognize unhealthy patterns in your life based on your behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and unique relational challenges.
Deepen your understanding of why your patterns exist and have been so challenging to change.
Understand self-love and self-compassion in new ways utilizing new brain science developments.

The cornerstones of healing encompass some of the most important areas, such as understanding our nervous systems, emotions, and the essence of self-love.
The group will run for 8 weeks, offered weekly on Thursdays from 1-2:30 PM

Each week, I will cover a topic integral to healing. In this 8-week educational and explorative workshop, you can expect to gain understanding and get in touch with some of the growth edges in your own healing journey.
The workshop is for those who have been in therapy or have sought out other healing modalities in the past and want to connect with their experience more deeply. It also serves people who are completely new to self-awareness and wellness work but are feeling a readiness to get started.
Women’s Healing Circles:

Share, learn, support, inspire. We will come together each week to hold space for one another. Each session, I will begin with a new healing topic (anything from forgiveness to dealing with challenges in relationships) and the group will then share how the topic shows up in their lives. My hope is to create a robust, healing space for women to come together to support each other!
The group will run for 8 weeks, weekly on Fridays, from 12:00-1:30 PM
Consultation Group for Healers:

This group is designed for anyone in the healing profession (therapists, bodyworkers, acupuncturists, energy healers, physicians, nurses) who are looking for a group to talk about their unique challenges and unpack how their work affects their own healing and well-being.
The group will run for 8 weeks, on the first and third Friday of each month, from 12-1 PM.

Yes. All Group Programs run on Zoom and each call is typically 60-120 minutes.

The fee for workshops and groups is noted in each workshop description. Sliding scale and payment plans are available for ALL online workshops. My workshops are available to anyone interested at a fee that works for you! Please let me know if you’d like a reduced fee upon sign-up.
